1. Purpose

These terms govern the tourist transport services offered by Transport Ouhaddou in Morocco.

2. Booking

A booking becomes effective after written confirmation (email) and, if applicable, a deposit. The information provided must be accurate.

3. Pricing

Prices are provided on request and may vary depending on the period, duration, destination, and vehicle category.

4. Payment

The balance is due according to the terms agreed at the time of booking. In case of delay, Transport Ouhaddou reserves the right to suspend the service.

5. Changes & cancellation

Any change or cancellation must be reported as soon as possible. Fees may apply according to the conditions agreed in the quote.

6. Customer obligations

The customer agrees to respect schedules, safety rules, and the equipment provided. Any damage may be billed.

7. Liability

Transport Ouhaddou commits to provide service in line with safety and quality standards. Liability is limited to proven direct damages.

8. Force majeure

The company cannot be held responsible for events beyond its control (weather, strikes, major incidents).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
